It appears that the only ingredient in Vilantae is : d-calcium pantothenate.  It purportedly works by “stopping oil production.” While we do agree that excess sebum (oil) causes the majority of acne breakouts, we are not completely sold on d-calcium pantothenate’s ability to stop it.  More clinical studies need to be published in credible journals before we can become believers.
